My Review: I really enjoyed this book. It started off in the past where Ty and Celia make a decision that affects them the rest of their lives. What follows is a tale of forgiveness, redemption, grace, love, and selflessness that carries you through to the end.
Both main characters, Ty and Celia, were written very well. With Celia her pain is written well so that you are able to empathize with her. As a female you can understand her struggles and her reluctant heart. Ty’s confusion may be reminiscent of someone you’ve known in your past but he does make it hard to hate him. The surrounding family from previous books in the series are warm and fuzzy, especially Celia’s uncle (loved him).
And can I just comment on the cover pic? Well chosen. It fits the story to a T.
Meant to be Mine was a great read. This is part two of a series but can be read as a stand alone. Be prepared to run out and get book one though.
