Baby's Feeding ScheduleI made up this handy chart when we were first caring for our Peanut. At 5 pounds after 2 months she was on a constant feeding schedule and we worked around the clock to meet her needs. This chart was to make sure we were getting in her required calories.50 Kb20/06/08 05:19
Baby's Last FeedingThis was a chart I made to put on baby's door. I made it up when my husband and I were running in circles to figure out when our teeny tiny preemie baby had last been fed. Simple, to the point, but got the job done. I taped a pencil nearby.48 Kb21/06/08 04:56
Transitional Feeding ScheduleBaby is growing and can sit up and do lots of things now. Use this chart to monitor the reaction to new solid foods and how baby is progressing in the solid food arena.25 Kb21/06/08 05:01
