Northwest Scents Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is made by and agreed to between The Franklin and Franklin Company and you ("the Affiliate"). Northwest Scents is owned and operated by The Franklin and Franklin Company.

1. Types of Affilates We Are Looking For:
We welcome your application as an affiliate if you have one or more websites, blogs, or ezines, that are

• family-friendly (no objectionable content), and either
  
• cater to people interested in health and beauty topics, or
  
• reach people who want to take care of dry, curly, ethnic, or highly textured hair.
  

2. Commissions and Payment:
We pay you 10% of online orders that originate through your links. An online order is one that comes to us through our shopping cart and is paid for using paypal, a credit or debit card, or a money order. and does not get declined by our merchant account provider, or that does not incur a chargeback. Clicks are tracked for 180 days.

We pay commissions through paypal, so be sure that the email address you sign up with is current and that you can receive paypal payments through it. We pay monthly. Commissions earned between the 1st and 31st of each month will be paid on or about the 30th of the following month to your paypal account.

3. What we require from our affiliates:
As an Affiliate of the Franklin and Franklin Company, you agree that you will:
(a) Not mislead others about our products and services.
(b) Not operate or utilize a Web site or email Link(s) to Web sites that contain or promote, any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or the offer of any illegal good or service, or Link(s) to a Web site(s) that does so; and/or
(c) Not engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email.
(d) Respect our copyrights. You agree to use the provided links and images only to promote our products and earn a commission for yourself. The content on our website and in our products is copyright protected and is not to be used on your website or in your documents without prior written permission.
(e) Maintain current information with us. Please be sure to keep your email address and other contact information up to date so that we can pay you any commissions due to you.

4. Termination of agreement:
This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time. If the terms of this agreement are violated, The Franklin and Franklin Company reserves the right to end this agreement with you. If you decide to terminate this agreement with us, please remove all links to our products from your website.
