Monday Menu Plan for April 6, 2015
Happy Monday! It's time to plan our weekly meals. Did you know I don't really relish doing this? It is NOT my favorite home chore. I mean I love having the meals all planned and ready to go but I don't like “thinking” about what I have to cook. It pays off in then though so I push through.
This past week we had some sickness in the house so we scrapped all meal plans and had chicken noodle soup several nights last week. Did you know that Chicken Noodle soup tastes wonderful on the second day? I don't know what it is but the flavors have time to meld, the noodles become melt in your mouth and it's just yumm. I should keep some in the freezer just because of this.
Well making Chicken Noodle Soup is not rocket science but I'll still share a couple of recipes with you just in case you need some help with this classic.
