Happy Monday Menu Plan January 26, 2015

It's Sunday evening, the time I plan my coming week's menu.
I've recently picked up my copy of Plan It, Don't Panic :A Complete Meal Planning Resource (also available on Kindle).
I've been in a rut lately with my meal planning and thought reading through some of my homemaking resources will help spark that creativity in me.
So far I'm still early on in the book but Stephanie's already reminded me of several Meal Planning steps and inspired me to go back to being a little more organized about my Meal Planning efforts.
This week I'll be working on..
- Reviewing my weekly template of meals and making sure it's the right one for us
- Update my 21 Favorite Family Meals (this could take some time)
I've been cleaning my home, specifically the kitchen, over the past couple of weeks and that means inspiration to use more of the ingredients that normally go hidden in the pantry or refrigerator.
Early last week we spent 2 days eating up leftovers in the refrigerator. Which really helped in the cleaning the fridge process.
This week we're starting with a clean slate and cleaning the freezer is on the agenda for 34 weeks of Clean. If you're not following along please do. Our homes are getting some great TLC.

Tuesday – Asian Style
Wednesday – Something Super Easy
