Happy Monday!
You may have noticed I did not do a Monday Menu Plan last week. That’s ’cause I was on an early Spring Break vacation.We had a lovely time thank you. And now it’s time to get back to business.
This week we’re eating up the pantry and freezer. Obviously from my menu below we have a lot of chicken in there.
Monday – Meatloaf from the freezer
Tuesday – Going out for dinner (yaayyy!)
Wednesday – Chicken Curry
Thursday – Chicken Cassoulet
Friday – Turkey Quesadillas
