Happy Monday! Today’s is “National Take Your Webmaster to Lunch Day” and since I’m my own webmaster I’m taking myself out to lunch. It will most likely be on the run, not healthy, and not even qualify as lunch but it’s the thought that counts eh?

I hope, if you’re in the US, you had a lovely 4th of July celebration. We hosted a potluck and enjoyed the neighborhood festivities. A nice time was had by all and I tried the tip of putting a thumb print in the middle of the burger before you cook it for a more juicy burger. It worked! So keep that in mind the next time you make hamburgers.

In more food news we made our Costco run this past weekend. I meant to buy at least one thing to go in my food surplus but I couldn’t bring myself to. I seem to do better when my regular shopping place has a deal rather than just buying in bulk at Costco. Oh well. I keep promising a Costco shopping list and haven’t delivered yet. I’ll get to it some day. Yes I will!

Monday: Salmon Quiche (with leftover salmon)

Tuesday: Meatloaf

Wednesday:  Korean Tacos
