On the Kitchen Counter April 24, 2017

Greetings:

Happy Monday! I hope you had a lovely week. I went from one sickness to another last week and I'm battling a cold right now but it hasn't kept me down.

I still got busy in the kitchen. This past week I made homemade pretzels and yogurt.  I also made a soy-free version of Mongolian Chicken (recipe coming soon, in the meantime here's a soyful version).
