Happy Monday! I missed Menu Plan Monday last week. I had one all ready but got side tracked.
So let's revisit last week's meals. I discovered something I should have known becuase they kept saying it but gluccie, heralded by the Trim Healthy Mama sisters, works great at thickening sauces.
I used a teeny bit of it to thicken up some stir fry sauce so it would stick to the veggies and meat. That's it in the picture above.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Marinated Flank Steak (not too long. I've learned my lesson) with Fautatoes
Wednesday: Ground Turkey and Apple Burgers
Thursday: Red Lentil Soup and Sandwiches
Friday: Leftover Steak and veggie Pitas
