Menu Plan Monday February 8, 2016
Greetings:
Happy Monday! I hope your week went well. Today marks the end of our, “no shopping for two weeks” experiment. We made it! It wasn't painful at all and apart from fruit, veggies, and milk I could still go a few more weeks. We did learn a few things and I have a pending post around here somewhere to get into more detail about that.
Last week's meals were nothing special. Sigh! Sorry about that. Still plugging away on Trim Healthy Mama and I'll have an update soon.
Seasonal Ideas:
It's time to start thinking about Vegetable Gardening. Woo hoo! I almost don't know where to start. I've got a seed starter kit in my garage. I know I'm ordering 2x as many onion starts. And I know I need to add more compost to my square foot beds. Other than that I haven't done much planning.
So I've got a free gardening resource for you. The 2016 Grow Your Own Food Summit is on the horizon. 30+ Free presentations on growing your own fresh veggies in your backyard! How cool is that?! You can sign up here => Free Grow Your Own Food Summit
