Menu-Plan-Monday-Nov-2

Greetings:

Happy Monday. I hope you’re having a lovely week so far. Our temperatures have really dropped and fast. I now have to think about protecting my Meyer Lemon trees which have finally started ripening after all this time. If you didn’t know it lemons ripen between November and January. Right on target mine started turning yellow! Eeee! I’m excited.

I don’t know if I mention to you that I’m reviewing the Trim Healthy Mama Plan and Cookbook. I’m not a newbie to the Trim Healthy Mama setup but I am one of those who had wished for something a bit more organized and easier to implement.

Grocery Bags with Food

I’m in week 2 of trying things out so hopefully I’ll have a nice long post with my ideas and tips for you. Don’t expect any weight loss story though because Serene and Pearl guarantee 0 pounds lost in the first month and I can see why. More on that in the review.

Seasonal Ideas:

The weather is cooler and it’s officially holiday season. Time to make some changes to the weekly menus. More soups and stews for sure and we can start thinking of holiday desserts and how to make them healthier.

I’m checking out the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook to see if I can use some of the recipes in there for my gluten free, low fat sister, and low fat, super sensitive mama. I’ll keep you posted.

Here’s my menu for this week…

My Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday: Leftovers (salmon)

Tuesday: Cilantro Lime-Burst Chicken (Trim Healthy Mama)

Wednesday: Catfish (oven baked)

Thursday: Lentil Soup Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Friday: Chicken Quesadillas
