Monday Menu Plan for Week of December 28, 2015

Happy Monday and Happy soon to be New Year! My daughter is really excited for New Years. I asked her why so much excitement and she said because it is a chance to do things over and make things fresh. She’s only 10 but so wise sometimes.

I like the New Year for that reason too. Even though I don’t make thought out, written down, analyzed resolutions I do think in my mind some things I would like to get on board with.

This coming year I’m going to really TRY to eat Trim Healthy Mamaish for more than one meal every few days. I’m placing a big order on the Trim Healthy Mama site to get some of the specialty items so I can really give this ago. I admit to hunting and pecking but I would really like to make a decent stab at it. Since my stuff won’t arrive until the new year I’ll think of it in those terms.

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Ground Turkey Burgers (will probably put mine in a wrap)

Wednesday: Coconut Chicken Curry

Thursday: Potluck

Friday: Happy New Year!
