Oh goodness it’s getting closer to Thanksgiving. I’m trying not to stress to much about it, like I do every year, but it’s not working.  I always worry we won’t find a free range turkey or I’ll miss a step. I’m just a worrier and trying to get past it.

Well this week will hopefully be delicious. As lazy as I am about making my menu plan having one is a real life saver.

This week I’m going to try and be a little more inventive with leftovers. We usually have leftovers on Monday from Sunday’s meal and normally I just reheat them but I really want to make an entirely new dish.

Monday: Gyros from leftover lamb

Tuesday: Cat fish and homemade french fries

Wednesday: Ground turkey Asian meatballs with rice noodles.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Sausage and Kale Stew with Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes.

Friday: Chicken quesadillas
