This entry is part 97 of 112 in the series Monday-Menu Plan

kitchen-counter-sept-19Greetings:

Happy Monday! I hope you had a lovely weekend.

First a heads up that the 2016 Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle sale is coming this week! I’ve been digging into this bundle for the past couple of weeks and I think you’ll enjoy the offerings no matter your stage in life. So stay tuned!

We had a busy week last week and those freezer dinners from MyFreezeEasy came in handy! I’ve got a new batch to try and make up this week but since I don’t go grocery shopping until Wednesday the bulk of this week’s menu will be coming from what we already have on hand.

I had forgotten what a blessing Freezer Cooking can be.

I went outside to water the garden the other day. I go out every day so how did I miss this?! I pick zucchini constantly but somehow this big boy just skipped my attention. I guess he’s the perfect size to collect seeds from but for now he’s our dining table centerpiece.

Can you cook them when they get this big? If you know leave me a note in the comments. I was considering some Zucchini Butter.

  1. Wow, that is a really huge zucchini! I have made pickles with some that are pretty large and they turned out fine. Each pickle slice was the size of a hamburger.
