Happy Monday! I hope you had a blessed weekend. It’s cold here in the mornings and hot in the afternoon! I’ve been pulling down my garden and noting where I need to make changes. The zucchini is about spent and my tomatoes are still kicking out tomatoes but the plants are dying off. These things are lying on my kitchen counter.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
I had another freezer cooking session this past week. These are such a life saver and so far prep time for me has been under 2 hours. I’ll have a review on my MyFreezeEasy later in October or you can check out the service now.
Monday: Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin. Slow cooker meal from MyFreezeEasy
Tuesday: Lentil Soup and homemade bread
Wednesday: Ground Turkey Burgers
Thursday: Shake and Bake Chicken and zucchini wedges
Friday: Beef Quesadillas
