Happy Monday! On the kitchen counter this week I have apples, zucchini, and tomatoes. I made some quick salsa for dinner on Friday. It was delicious! I wish it would freeze well in it’s chunk state.

This weekend we attended a birthday party for some sweet little friends. (Take note moms and combine those parties where you can). The moms got to talking and venting a bit of frustration on trying to do it all. This reminded me about an upcoming resource that may be just what we moms need. Now on to food! My Freezer meals are running out in the freezer and it’s time to replenish. The new October meals are up so I’m excited to see what’s new.
