Happy Monday! We're back in the kitchen. I hope I can remember what all when down in my favorite room in the house last week. I had another surprise party from my family and it didn't include anything on the Trim Healthy Mama plan. That's okay. It was the love that counts. Since I didn't get to celebrate my birthday back in December my husband and daughter have been having mini parties for me once week. They give me gifts and stuff and they usually tell me the night before not to cook dinner the next day. Totally messes up my menu plan but I'm not mad 🙂

I didn't get around to posting a Homeschool weekly update and since I didn't really take any pictures I'm sure you're okay with that.

I have a boatload of reading to get through for several reviews and some books that I bought that I just want to read.

This is what I'm reading this week (hint: it's the same as last week)….

  • Bessie's Pillow
  • Shepherd, Potter, Spy and the Star Namer
  • [easyazon_link identifier=”0825444500″ locale=”US” tag=”mommybabytool-20″]The Elusive Miss Ellison[/easyazon_link]
  • [easyazon_link identifier=”1496403371″ locale=”US” tag=”mommybabytool-20″]The Life Giving Home[/easyazon_link]

My Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday:  Chicken Cassoulet

Wednesday: Korean Beef Tacos

Thursday: Minestrone Soup and Sandwiches

Friday: Chicken Quesadillas
