The Coming Week Including our Menu Plan for May 2, 2016
Greetings:
Happy Monday and Happy May!
I hope you’ve had a lovely week last week. I spent the time digging into my Ultimate Bundle goodies.
One of the resources I’ve been spending time with is the Miracle Dough Ebook.
It’s one basic dough recipe and then 30 yummy creations from that.
I’ve used a similar recipe to Miracle Dough that makes a fluffier dough good for bread loaves and fluffy dinner rolls but this makes a sturdier dough good for a lot of different things. So far I’ve made the cinnamon rolls and this week I’m going to try the pizza dough. Next on my list are the pop overs, breadsticks, bagels, and pockets.
Around the House
We’re spending a lot of time out in the garden. You can check out those details in our first Garden Link-up of the season.
In the School Room
We’re studying about Amy Carmichael in English. This is my daughter’s favorite part because she gets to research. She was a Christian missionary. We were able to find several articles and a book about her life but my daughter also wondered if the Torchlighters had done one of their videos about her.
With our subscription to RighNow Media we found the Torchlighters series and my daughter had a child appropriate version of the life of missionary Amy Charmichael. So nice!
At the Dining Table
This week I’m expecting a cookbook to review in the mail sooo…. expect my meal plan to change.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Leftovers from Sunday
