It’s the last week of the last month of the year. Well partial week anyway.
I have a hard time menu planning through the holidays. The constant flow of food from friends and family through the house makes it more likely that in between dinner parties and such we’re eating leftovers from one or another get together.
This week is no different. I imagine I only need to plan for Tuesday, Thursday,and Friday of this week.
We start off the week with leftovers, move into a late night dinner on New Years eve and then finish off
Tuesday: New Year’s Party. We’re bringing Asian Meatballs and Rice Noodles.
Wednesday: Leftovers from New Year’s Party.
Thursday: Chicken Curry Stew
Friday: Turkey Quesadillas
