About the Book: A Lone Star Brides book.
My Review: This is the first book in the Lone Star Brides series and also Traci's 100th book.
Traci's two main characters are looking for stability, appearances, and a change in life more than love. A marriage of convenience which becomes much more.
I felt like A Sensible Arrangement was a build up to coming storylines.
Marty came across as a self sufficient woman who knew her own mind. She was still struggling from the death of her first husband and just wanted a place where she could remove herself from the memories.
Jake is a a man who wants to move back to Texas and live a completely different life.
It was an interesting book and I would like to know more about Marty and Jake's previous life.
I often think Traci doesn't write enough books. If you're a fan of Traci's then by all means read it and wait for the next in the series.
About the Author: Tracie Peterson is the award-winning author of over eighty novels, both historical and contemporary. Her avid research resonates in her stories, as seen in her bestselling Heirs of Montana, and Alaskan Quest series. Tracie and her family make their home in Montana.
