It's getting to be crunch time for back to Homeschool. I'm not talking about getting organized and getting your lesson plans in order, yes we need to do that, but rather crunching numbers and finding out how much money you'll need for this year's curriculum and what you may need to cut back on to make it fit.

Homeschooling can cost a fair bit. Especially if you're still kind of working out what works best for your kids. And unfortunately there is no tax break for this labor of love.

Well Homeschooling Mom you are not alone and several members of the Schoolhouse Review Crew have joined forces during our August Back to Homeschool Blog Hop to bring you these incredible giveaways, totalling more than $1300 in homeschool curriculum and Paypal cash!

  1. My main goal for this year is to be more gentle in my approach to learning. More outside, more drawing & reading aloud.

    1. I wholeheartedly agree! We moved to an area where I’ll feel more comfortable doing some school outside an incorporating more nature into our school day too. Great plan RG!
