The weather has really heated up in our city and as a result we’re spending a lot of time outdoors (yaayyy!). My daughter is getting great outdoor exercise and we’re taking lots of walks and getting in our bike riding.

In addition to making sure we all get in our daily vitamins I like to make sure she drinks enough water. Kids can go, go, go without stopping to take a break and drinking water can be last on her list.

I was excited to try E-Hydrate for her and my husband who also is on the go, go, go.

I was given a cool pack of E-Hydrate products to try with my family…

  • (2) Protein On-the-Go pouches (Chocolate and Vanilla)
  • (2) Protein On-the-Go pouches for Kids
  • (4) Hydration Drink Mix sticks (Lemon-Lime, Red Berry, Orange, and Grape)
  • (4) KIDS Hydration Drink Mix sticks (Strawberry Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Grape, and Apple)

I was excited to try this with my family. I habitually drink a lot more water and am more diligent about getting in my vitamins than my husband AND my daughter so I try to find great ways to get remember and take care of those things.

Lately we’ve found that laying out his breakfast and vitamins the night before is a good way to make sure of things.

Having these easy little packets of Hydration Drink Mixes that contain vitamins and minerals all in one is a perfect addition to this lineup.

My daughter, on the other hand, is diligent about taking her daily vitamins but she does get so busy that sometimes water is last on her list. I had taken to giving her a cup of water before breakfast to make sure she was getting it in at least sometimes. Taking a Hydration Drink Mix with her breakfasts has been easy and fun for her.

The Protein On-the-Go pouches contain soy for the protein, which I am allergic to, so that made them off limits for me.

A New Addition to Our Daily Routines

My daughter has been the biggest partaker of the E-Hydrate products. She really likes them. Due to my soy allergy I’m unable to drink the Protein on the Go mix. That’s kind of a bummer but that means more for hubby I guess.

My daughter has really enjoyed both products. We had purchased her usual brand of multi-vitamins before receiving our E-Hydrate package but they quickly went by the wayside. I think I’m going to have to pick up a box of E-Hydrate for her.

Usually I have to remind her to take her multi with breakfast but not so with these packets. The stevia adds just enough sweetness without having having that quick spike sugar high.

She also enjoyed the Protein on the Go. We used those just at is says, on the go. They are great to take when we having outings and have to leave the house real early before getting in a proper breakfast.

The Hydration Drink Mix sticks for adults are great for my husband. His busy job keeps him hopping and a lot times it’s in the heat of the day on rooftops or in basements.  It’s  my job to do what I can for his health. My husband is not a big fan of protein drinks. So I’ve promised to make him a smoothie (fruit and all) with them.

  1. I have a hard time getting my daughter to eat breakfast. This would be a good way to get some nutrition into her and to encourage both of us to drink more water.

  2. This would be great for me. I have a protein shake every morning. I’m just not a breakfast person.
