Non-Strained Trim Healthy Mama Singing Canary With Orange

1lemon
1orange
1/2cupswater
1teaspoonMCT Oil(or 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil)
1teaspoonWhey Protein
1teaspoonIntegral Collagen
2pinchesMineral Salt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3teaspoonsSuper Sweet Blend(or stevia to taste)
2scoopsMegaFood Kids Daily Immune Booster Powder

Instructions
Peel the yellow rind off one lemon leaving the white pith on (that's the really healthy part). Now set those peels aside so you can freshen your home in a bit. Cut your lemon into four chunks (I actually cut it smaller than this ) and remove the seeds . Do the same with the orange. If you have trouble leaving the white behind just peel it all the way (I had trouble with the orange). Blend both fruits with 1 & 1/2 cups of water in your blender
Now at this time you would usually strain out all the pulp but we leave it in because we like it that way.
Next add all your other ingredients and blend really well.
Pour over ice and drink! I believe this is supposed to be sipped all day but it's so good we just "gunk it down".
