This is a recipe my mother adapted from a Cooking Light book. I further adapted it to include the yummy satisfying hit from Cashew butter. You could also use Almond or Peanut Butter.

Ingredients
1 1/4cup Whole Wheat Flour
1cupWhite Flour
1cupGround Flax Seed
1/3 cupCoconut Sugar
1/4cupcoconut oil
1/4 cupolive oil
1/4cupCashew Nut Butter
Instructions
Measure all dry ingredients and mix them together.
Mix the oils and the Cashew Butter into the flour mixture as if it were pie crusts.
When you have mixed in all the oils and Casher Butter sprinkle 1 to 3 tablespoons of water on top and mix it together. If it does not start to hold together continue mixing in a tablespoon of water at a time until it does come together and you can form balls with the mixture.
Roll into balls using about a tablespoon of the mixture for each ball. Bake on parchment paper at 350 for 30 minutes.
