Preheat oven to 375 degress. And line a jelly roll pan with parmchment paper.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until fluffy and light.
Blend the vanilla and almond flavoring into the egg and sugar mixture.
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into the rest of the cake batter.
Gently fold in poppy seeds.
Pour cake batter into lined pan and bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
To prepare roll cake. Once you take it out of the oven invert it right away onto a cooling rack and gently pull of the parchment paper. Trim the edges and roll to cool completely in a towel.
While cake is cooling mix cool whip and Once Again Organic Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate and place in the fridge until ready to use.
Bring milk to a slight boil (when it just starts to bubble).
Add chocolate chips and remove from heat.
Once all the chocolate is melter add the butter and stir until melted and combined.
Unroll cake from towel.
Spread Cool Whip and Once Again Organic Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate filling along the length of the cake
Serve with fresh fruit.
