Thaw puff pastry according to directions. When you're ready to assemble preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out puff pastry. Spread Creamy Genovese Pesto over the rolled out dough. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Roll the dough up from the short side and wrap in plastic. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Line a pan with parchment paper. Unroll your pastry from the plastic wrap. Slice into 1/4 inch discs and place on the parchment paper. Bake in the oven 25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on a rack and serve.
