I'm taking the bull by the horns so to speak. I haven't been getting along with breakfast for some time and I aim to rework that this year. Join me in my quest to find 52 Fresh Breakfast Ideas that don't leave me feeling heavy or my family still hungry. We may revisit dishes you already know or find some new favorites but my goal for 2014 is a new appreciation for breakfast.

 

So this week I'm switching things up. In the meal department.

Last week we had a birthday dinner party for my sister. My husband cooked a delicious tri-tip roast and I roasted some potatoes and we had bok choi with mushrooms for the veggie portion.

My sister loved the dinner so  much she declared she was going to serve the leftovers for breakfast!

Aha! And yeah!

She was so right! My husband loves dinner for breakfast!

He often makes it outside of the regular family breakfast but it's what he enjoys.

What kinds of things can you cook for breakfast that normally reside at dinner time?

3. Salmon dishes
4. Beans
