Several years ago I had a sad moment when everyone was extolling the joys of eating Chocolate Hazelnut Spread. The said spread contained soy so I could only watch from afar wishing that I too could taste the joy.
And then behold I was too excited when I was asked to review Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa and Milk.

To review I received 2 jars of Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa and Milk, a wooden spatula to get all the goodness out, a stuffed raccoon, some sticker sheets and temporary tatoos.
The story behind the Raccoon
The cute stuffed raccoon we received represents the Once Again Mascot. When the Once Again company was breaking ground for their factory the found 4 baby raccoons on the property. They raised the raccoons on nut butter and then released them back into the wild (how cute!!).
Delicious Ways to use the Once Again Nut Butter Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Okay, yes, this is delicious and I just want to eat it out of the jar but I did manage to attempt a few things beyond spreading the Chocolate Hazelnut spread on bread that I would love to let you in on so here goes.
The Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread is very viscous so I felt free to drizzle it over ice cream and spread it on bread. I’ve also added a little melted coconut oil to it and dipped plain vanilla cookies in it. Then put in the fridge to harden a bit. Quick, easy, delicious!
I’ve heard you can also mix a little melted coconut oil into it and have a magic shell for your ice cream. But in the meantime I made the following quickie dessert with what I had in the pantry.
Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread and Coconut Milk Dessert
Yummy! I found this quick and easy recipe on youtube. It is so quick and easy to make. And I like the fact that it doesn't use up all your jar of goodness so you can make plenty of other things!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Once Again Nutbutter Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 Can Coconut Milk not light
Instructions

Drain the liquid from the coconut milk (reserve for smoothies or something). Put the leftover thick cream in a bowl and whip with a wire wip until the lumps are gone.

Add the honey and the Once Again Nutbutter Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and mix together well.

Divide the mixture evenly between four small cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
