That They May Teach the Young Women to be Sober: Write 31 Days
The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers,not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

We are talking about the Titus 2 woman this month as part of Write 31 Days Blogging Challenge. Each day I’ll talk a little bit about what I believe the Titus 2 woman to be.
Today we want to look at the portion of the scripture That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
Do young women need to be taught to love their husbands and children?
Of course you’ve loved your husband the day you took your vows. You loved your children the day you set eyes on them.
You loved your children the day you set eyes on them.
But maybe as time has gone by you need to be shown how to remember that love. Remeber it at times you want to throttle them.
Remember it at times you want to throttle them.
Remember it at times when they try you most.
Remember to love them when you’re not so sure you like them.
Remember that they love you and nobody is perfect.
You also need to find ways to show them that you love them.
A Titus 2 Moment
I had quite a few Titus 2 Moments this past week but one, in particular, was with a mom who had children in crisis. What could I offer this young mom? My ear. My experience as being the crisis child and what my mother did. And prayer for her. For her child.
It was blessed time and there were tears towards the end. My goal was to offer hope and let her know there can be light at the end of the tunnel. From a mom who has been there to one who is there now.
