In the kitchen last week I made the decision to try a little harder at Trim Healthy Mama eating (okay a lot harder) for my general health. Since I’ve been keeping up with my workouts, thanks to my daughter, I’ve been feeling the need to cut the sugar out of my diet and be more mindful of the grains.
While every meal I eat or prepare won’t be strict Trim Healthy Mama I will do my best. Especially where sugar is concerned.
Also this week my husband and daughter have asked if they can make dinner on Tuesday. I have a sneaky suspicion they have something planned. Hmmmm…….
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Beef Stir Fry
Tuesday: Hubby and Daughter cooking
Wednesday: Asian Fettucini
Thursday: Minestrone Soup and Turkey Sandwiches
Friday: Quesadillas on Sprouted Wheat Tortillas
