Happy Monday!
Last week I pretty much stuck to my menu plan. That's good for me. In fact I used last week's post to make sure I was keeping on track.
I also started Erin's Electric Pressure Cooking 101 eCourse. This is a great course for anybody who got an Instant Pot for the holidays and has left that baby gathering dust in the box.
I love how Erin has organized this course to get you comfortable and familiar with his fabulous kitchen piece. I got my Instant Pot last year on Amazon's Prime days and wish there had been a course like this back then.
I've hunted and pecked the past year through internet to find out more about using my Instant Pot but I happily would have paid for an eCourse to walk me through my machine AND leave me with a couple of meal plans to boot.
I've been EXTREMELY Happy with Erin's MyFreezEasy program and so far just as tickled pink with Electric Pressure Cooking 101.
This week I'm excited to be trying out a new (to me) Meal Delivery Plan by Green Chef Organic Food Delivery. I had never heard of Green Chef until MomsMeet asked me to review 2 of their meals. Those meals will kick off my menu this week so stay tuned for a review on my complete thoughts on this type of service (I've never used on before but have wanted to).
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Sweet and Sour Pork (Green Chef recipe)
Tuesday: Chicken Cassoulet (Green Chef recipe)
Wednesday: Minestrone in the Instant Pot and Turkey Sandwiches
Thursday: Ground Turkey Burgers
Friday: Oven Nachos
